Ownership of the property will be transferred upon full payment and completion of all legal formalities, including the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

All required documentation must be submitted in a timely manner to facilitate the transfer of ownership.

4.1 Due Diligence:
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence regarding the property, including but not limited to inspections, market value, and legal status.
4.2 Compliance with Laws:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and ownership of the property.

5.1 Amendments:
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
5.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
