A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your property. This fee will be deducted from the total purchase price.

All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon payment plan. Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in penalties or cancellation of your booking.

2.3 Refund Policy:
The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Amounts paid toward installments may be refundable only under specific conditions outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

3. Property Ownership

3.1 Transfer of Ownership:
Ownership of the property will be transferred upon full payment and completion of all legal formalities, including the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

3.2 Documentation:
All required documentation must be submitted in a timely manner to facilitate the transfer of ownership.

4. Responsibilities of Buyers

4.1 Due Diligence:
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence regarding the property, including but not limited to inspections, market value, and legal status.

4.2 Compliance with Laws:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and ownership of the property.

5. Company’s Rights

5.1 Amendments:
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

5.2 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the purchase of property.

6.2 Force Majeure:
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.
